Welcome to JFFphoto.com

So, you stumbled onto this site and now want to know the who/what/where/when and why, right? Ok, I'll see if I can answer a few of your questions..

Who - My name is Mark Quisenberry, and this is my personal web site. I've been deep into digital photography for over 4 years now. It started out as a challenge to get decent photographs of my other hobbies and it's grown out of control ever since....

What - What's my business, engineering. Photography is my hobby, my passion, one which I have invested a lot of time and expense to develop.

Where - I'm out of the Tulsa Oklahoma area. Most of my photographs are of events, people, landscapes from this area. But, of course I always take my camera any time I travel!

When - Whenever I can. I do have a full time job, so photography is my passion when I can steel some time away from work. Of course the work part is necessary to buy the cool camera stuff.

Why - Why did I build this site? It's to share my passion with my friends, family, fellow photographers or the occasional browser who may stumble upon it. This is my portfolio, where I can share my favorite images. Hopefully, you will enjoy them as much as me.

- Did I answer all you questions? No. Ok, keep reading, I've got more...

You are the subject of one of my portfolio images, can you get a copy? - Absolutely! Send me an e-mail and I'll send you a print. If you feel that you don't want your picture on this site, just contact me and I'll remove it!

Can I do studio work? - Yes, but limited. I do have a small in-home studio, however my limited working space is best for kid's portraits up to adult torso and head shots. I really don't have room to do adult groups. Maybe I need a bigger house, but then I could not afford the cool camera stuff.

What equipment do I use? - I shoot all digital. I'm using a Canon 1D Mark II Digital SLR, my images are edited and fine tuned using PhotoShop CS.  I've done prints as large as 30"x40", and trust me when I say that the quality of the images you see on your screen pale in comparison to the full size prints!

Do I accept special assignments or jobs? - As time permits.  So, if you have something in mind contact me and we'll try to work out an arrangement. If I don't feel that I have the equipment or experience to produce the highest quality results, I will let you know up front. I want to be sure you and I are both happy at the end of the day.

Yes, I do accept freelance work. - I have done assignments for publications such as Xtreme Offroad MagazineContact me if there is an opportunity you would like to discuss.

NOTE: I try my best to respect the professional photographers trying to make a living out there!  If I have images posted from an event that was covered by a contracted pro, I will not be selling pictures. Of course, if I post your image, I feel you have a right to a print.   So, contact me and we'll work something out.

Finally, if you like what you see, let me know.

Thanks for visiting,
Markq
